SCHEDULE workperiod 25.12 -> 7.1 in Israel & Palestine

Yesterday, 25th December, cellist François Deppe (Ictus) and his wife, harpsicord-player Kimiko Nishi, already travelled from Brussels to Tel Aviv to start teaching students there at the Buchmann-Mehta School of Music (Tel Aviv University). Today, I am together with flutist Mike Schmid (Ictus) and my 9-year old daughter Mathilde also travelling there. This coming week I will most of the time stay with the musicians and attend their music workshops first at the Tel Aviv University, and from 28th December on in Nazareth at the music workshop organised by the Barenboim-Said Foundation, in collaboration with the Orpheus Foundation (Nazareth). For Ictus, this is going to be the 14th worksession-period since we started this pedagogical programme in Israel and Palestine only 4 years ago, in October 2002.
